Dog Friendly Hotel in the Cotswolds

We’ve got a host of dog-friendly bedrooms so when you bring your pup to stay, we’ll make sure your room comes complete with a doggy bed or blanket, bowl and tasty treats.

We are located on Pitvill Park & Lake, the perfect place to take your 4-legged friend for a Sunday morning stroll.

Behind the hotel on Wellington Square is a fenced garden to let them run free. (Just check the gates are closed)

And it goes without saying, as we’re just a short drive from the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there’s plenty of muddy paw walkies to be had (miles and miles of them). Nearby dog walkies include Haresfield Beacon and Westonbirt Arboretum.

Dog Friendly Stays

Guests with 4 paws are most welcome. Up to two pups can stay with you (in one of our dog-friendly bedrooms) for an additional £20 per night. Your pup will get a VIP welcome with a doggy hamper full of tasty tail-wagging treats, a doggy bed or blanket and bowl.

Your Stay With Us

Whether you’re staying with us to explore the Cotswolds or enjoy a relaxing retreat, you and your dog won’t be short of things to do. From dog walks through the countryside and visits to Cheltenham, No. 38 The Park is the perfect base.

Dog House Rules

  1. Each of our dog-friendly bedrooms has space for 2 dogs and is charged at £20 each night per stay, whether you bring one or two furry friends.
  2. Although most people’s days are brightened by seeing a dog, please keep other guests in mind.
  3. We know your doggy may be excited about your getaway but,
please keep in mind that there may be a cost for any doggy damages.
  4. We don’t like the idea of your pup getting lonely, so please do not leave them unsupervised at any time.
  5. Your room will come with dog treats, a dog bed or blanket and a dog bowl. However, we know dogs love their own beds so feel free to bring your own.
  6. There’s nothing better than when your four-legged friend comes with a friend of their own, but please note we cannot accept any more than 2 dogs per room.
  7. It goes without saying that your doggy may get muddy. Your room comes with a dog blanket but if your dog is particularly large or enjoys getting very muddy then please bring an extra blanket for them.
  8. We know your doggy might get comfy on the sofa at home, but while with us please keep dogs off the beds and soft furnishings.
